We prioritize the needs, preferences, and rights of individuals living with HIV/AIDS, placing them at the center of their care journey. Our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals works collaboratively with clients to develop personalized care plans that address their unique medical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
We provide access to lifesaving antiretroviral therapy (ART) to all individuals diagnosed with HIV/AIDS, irrespective of their socioeconomic status or geographical location. Our goal is to ensure universal access to ART, improve treatment adherence, and suppress viral load to undetectable levels, thereby promoting optimal health outcomes and reducing the risk of HIV transmission.
We offer preventive interventions, such as vaccinations, prophylaxis, and health education, to reduce the risk of opportunistic infections and other HIV-related complications. By addressing co-infections and comorbidities, we enhance the quality of life and longevity of individuals living with HIV/AIDS.
We recognize the importance of addressing the psychosocial and emotional aspects of living with HIV/AIDS. Our trained counselors provide individual and group counseling, peer support, and mental health services to help clients cope with stigma, discrimination, and emotional distress, fostering resilience and empowerment.
We integrate HIV Care & Treatment services with other healthcare programs, such as sexual and reproductive health, tuberculosis (TB) control, and substance abuse treatment, to provide comprehensive, seamless care. Integration optimizes resources, improves access to services, and enhances the overall health outcomes of individuals living with HIV/AIDS.
At AIC, we invite you to join us in our mission to provide comprehensive HIV Care & Treatment to all individuals in need. Whether through advocacy, support, or direct involvement, your contribution can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those affected by HIV/AIDS, empowering them to lead healthy, productive lives and restoring hope for a brighter future.
